Revelation 12:10
Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.
Thunder claps through the night. The room is creaking again. Allowing fear to take hold, the false lion comes.
He roars and screams. Weakness comes haunting again, enveloping the pure mind.
A call for help, but cried out to the wrong name. The open fields can’t help you. Go to the secret place to find rest.
He’s waiting, protecting, comforting, shielding.
The false lion can roar but he has no bite. No authority comes from him. Lies flow from the source of deception.
Defeated. He has lost, we’ve won. Only satan’s children can comfort their father.
Darkness pulls back at the sound. Jesus Christ, King of Kings, champion of the world, ruler of all.
Rock. Strong Tower. Almighty. Jehovah. The dark prince has lost his keys.
The kingdom moves with force, claiming territory as they advance.
Saving the lost, breaking down walls, restoring the broken, bringing into captivity strongholds, healing the sick.
As we come, hear our feet stomp the ground. Feel the Earth tremble, nothing can stop the Lord!
See His warriors coming closer, the Kingdom of God is here
The kingdom of God is not a movement and it’s not a place. It’s a type of government. Democracy, communism, Marxism, theocracy, and other styles of government cannot compare to the way God does things. The Kingdom is the way Heaven is run by God. You don’t vote and you’re not a slave, but you are under a king, who is Jesus Christ, the King of all Kings! There is none other like God, which is why He puts Himself above everyone and everything.
In His kingdom there is no sickness, no demons, no stress, no problems! When we declare that the kingdom of God is in a place, we are saying “this place is under the jurisdiction of God. Everyone else has to go right now!” When you pray for someone and declare that the kingdom of God has arrived in their lives, they will be healed in Jesus name because sickness cannot remain when God’s kingdom arrives. The easiest way for those of us who live in a nation where we aren’t under a kingdom is to think of government. You can’t say “look, there’s the government” unless you see two things: 1. someone that represents that government or 2. An action that was done by the government. The government is a system that isn’t in one particular place, but takes control of the people’s actions, economy, health care, education, jobs, businesses, laws, etc. That’s how it needs to be here on Earth.
Jesus said “let your Kingdom come to Earth.” God’s desire is to bring Heaven to Earth. That was the purpose of the Garden of Eden. It was a miniature version of Heaven on Earth, which was to spread throughout all the land and sea. We messed it up when Adam and Eve sinned, but still to this day God wants to restore that Kingdom to every place. Through worship, prayer, intercession, evangelism, and the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit, we can bring God’s government back to your house, church, job, school and community. It takes one person. God can start with you, and let the Holy Spirit spread to everyone around you. That’s how He did it with Jesus, with Jesus’ disciples, and many other men and women throughout history.
Will you allow God to use you to change the world? Don’t believe that you have to be on a pulpit, or have a TV show, radio station, or anything that seems out of your reach. Keep it simple, and let God take care of the rest. Start wherever you are. Spread the gospel in your neighborhood, or local hangout places. Get involved with your church, reach out to people around you that you know don’t know Jesus as their Lord. Start small. Don’t let the devil convince you that your not “anointed enough”, or you don’t know enough of the bible, or some other excuse. Do what you can, where you can. God will lift you up as long as you stay humble. He will promote you and take you places that you’ve never imagined. The Kingdom of God is in you. If you don’t demonstrate God’s power, whose going to? It’s up to us, the children of God, to change this world for Christ. You have power, and it comes from God. Trust in Him, and be obedient to what He’s already told you.
